Membership Agreement Terms & Conditions 2020

1. Membership Terms

   1. Term Membership with More Than Just Great Dancing!® Affiliated Dance Studios (MTJGD™) is subject to a multi-month membership term beginning the day the new member agrees to the Terms and ending on the following June 30. On July 1, this agreement will automatically renew each year for a one year term unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the then in effect term.
   2. Term Membership levels are Basic, Premium, and Executive level. MTJGD™ reserves the right to change the names of these levels.
   3. Members may move up to a higher level during their membership term, but they may not move down to a lower level during their membership term.
   4. Additional promotional membership terms may be granted and are subject to the terms and conditions defined within the promotion.
   5. Early termination fees may apply to cancellations within the Term Membership period. An early termination fee of $500 or 10% of the remaining Agreement value, whichever is greater, will be assessed and collected prior to release.

1. Annual Membership Fee & Monthly Membership Payments

   1. An annual membership fee of $119 will be auto-charged at a pro-rated amount with the first monthly membership payment when the member is approved and then annually on July 1 unless notice of termination is given at least 30 days prior to the end of the then in effect term.
   2. All monthly membership dues are collected via the debit card or credit card on file. By providing your debit card or credit card, you are allowing MTJGD™ to automatically withdraw dues and fees as they come due on the applicable processing due date.
   3. MTJGD™ reserves the right to modify, increase or change membership fees and monthly dues and will provide a 30-day notice prior to a membership price change.

1. Three-Day Right of Rescission

   1. New members have three days after signing this Agreement to cancel their membership without penalty. If the Agreement is canceled within three days, MTJGD™ will return to the new member within thirty days all amounts paid at the signing of the Agreement less $100 for administrative processing. To cancel, new members must inform MTJGD™ in writing of their intent to cancel. Written intent to cancel can be delivered via email to Mary@MoreThanJustGreatDancing.com

1. Late Payment / Declined Credit Card Fees

   1. Membership fees must be paid on or before the first day of the month or on or before the applicable processing due date agreed upon by both parties. A returned check or declined credit card/debit card will result in a fee of $25. A $35 late payment fee will be due and payable for payments received past the 7th day of the month.
   2. Members who are not current with membership fees will not be allowed to register for live events, participate in coaching calls or teleseminar/webinar training, have access to the MTJGD™ dashboard, receive graphic design services, receive Preferred Vendor discounts or participate in the Facebook Forum until payments are current.
   3. MTJGD™ reserves the right to terminate memberships on accounts that are more than one month in arrears.

1. Membership Cancellation

   1. Early termination fees may apply to cancellations within the Term Membership period. An early termination fee of $500 or 10% of the remaining Agreement value, whichever is greater, will be assessed and collected prior to release.
   2. A member may cancel the auto-renewal of his/her membership with a minimum 30-day advance written notice to MTJGD™ before their term expires.
   3. MTJGD™ is a licensing program, therefore any member who cancels his/her membership (or has his/her membership terminated by MTJGD™) is also surrendering their license to use the MTJGD™ brand, logo, likeness and brand assets and must immediately remove any and all MTJGD™ brand assets from their websites, social media, print materials, signage, and physical locations. All fees will continue to accrue and be charged until MTJGD™ licensed brand assets are removed.

1. Conduct

   1. MTJGD™ is committed to the health, safety, and the welfare of each of its members and staff and we will not tolerate discriminatory, unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. MTJGD™ has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. The right includes, but is not limited to, terminating the membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.
   2. Members shall uphold the conduct befitting of a business professional at all times.
   3. MTJGD™ is committed to an environment of respect and confidentiality which allows for the open sharing of ideas, resources, challenges, and other personal matters. MTJGD™ and member resources are not allowed to be shared with non-members and posts from our private forums are not allowed to be screenshot or copied and shared outside the membership group.
   4. MTJGD™ reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone who refuses to observe any of MTJGD™ rules or regulations. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this Agreement. MTJGD™ reserves the right to add, change or remove rules and conditions of membership.

1. Miscellaneous

   1. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or verbal agreements between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Agreement.
   2. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, members release MTJGD™ and its Affiliates, and its and their employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, damage, loss, cost or expense incurred by the releasing party (whether or not due to the negligence or other acts or omissions of the persons so released) to the extent such liability, damage, loss, cost or expense is paid to the releasing party by an insurer under any applicable insurance coverage.
   3. MTJGD™ makes no guarantees or assurances as to the successes members may or may not have by replicating our methods. Each member’s progress and goals are highly individual and based on a unique set of circumstances including effort, team, facilities, market, economy, skill and more.
   4. Members grant permission to MTJGD™ to use photographs and/or video captured at live events and training in publications, news releases, online, promotional campaigns, and in other communications related to the mission of MTJGD™.

By selecting, “I agree to the MTJGD™ Terms and Conditions” on your membership application, you are agreeing to adhere to the terms, conditions, rules, and policies contained in or promulgated pursuant to this Agreement.
